The Christmas Palace Free Shipping Policy and Exclusions
We require a minimum order amount of $15.
Orders between $15 and $44.99 will incur in a $10 charge for shipping.
Orders between $45 and $74.99 will incur in a $15 charge for shipping.
The Christmas Palace will ship all Internet Orders over $75 by ground transportation at no charge, to the continental United States.
We will also ship Christmas Trees to the continental United States at no charge, independent of their size.
Free shipping is for Ground service only.
Exclusions to Free Shipping
Wreaths, Garlands, Outdoor and Commercial Décor items as well as Large Display items will incur a shipping charge.

Shipping will be quoted and we will notify you of the shipping charge before your order is processed. Often we will get a quote to ship from several parcel carriers, since some are more competitive than others depending on the time of year and destination. The Christmas Palace will NOT process your order until the shipping charge is quoted and you have approved the charges. Once you approve the charge, we will process your order and charge your credit card.
International Shipping, Hawaii and Alaska
Shipping outside the continental U.S. will incur a cost. It is difficult to state what the cost will be at the time of purchase. Often we will get a quote to ship from several parcel carriers, since some are more competitive than others depending on the time of year and destination. The Christmas Palace will NOT process your order until the shipping charge is quoted and you have approved the charges.
