Returns & Exchanges Policy
Items Not Eligible for Return
Although we have a very flexible return policy on most of the items we sell, there are some exceptions. The following items may not be returned or refunded under any circumstances:
- Artificial Trees - 12 Feet & Above
- Commercial Dimensional Displays
- Fiberglass Displays
- Oversized Decor (General)
- Disclaimer: Oversized decor may incur a restocking fee, if approved to be returned.
Items Eligible for Return
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return most items within 30 days, and we’ll replace it or refund the cost of the item (excluding Shipping and any other applicable fees). Items purchased between September 1 and December 10 must be returned within 30 days or by December 15 — whichever comes first. Items purchased after December 10 are final sale. All items must be returned in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. All items purchased after December 10th cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. All "After Christmas Sale" items are final sale and may not be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
We will replace any defective item, if inventory allows. All damages or defects must be clearly communicated to a customer service representative via email at santa@thechristmaspalace.com. Verification of reported issues will be completed through an inspection based on the photos provided or upon our receipt of the returned item(s). After our review, you will receive an exchange, merchandise credit, or a refund. Contact us by email at santa@thechristmaspalace.com with photos and or videos of the damages and/or defects being reported. Please add the order number in the subject line.
All returned items must be in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received for a full refund. All items sold in sets, must be returned in sets.
If a shipping charge was collected it will not be refunded unless the return is due to an error by The Christmas Palace. The Christmas Palace will not reimburse postage fees for a return.
Returns are typically processed within one week of receiving the merchandise. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak season. Credit card refunds will be processed on the credit card that your purchase was made. When returning your package, we suggest using UPS or any service that can track the package to assure the package was received by The Christmas Palace. The Christmas Palace is not responsible for issuing refunds for packages that are not received or are lost by the postal carrier.
